Gaelic Football practices starting!

Big week for St. Louis Gaelic football. If you are interested in refereeing this season, we will be having a ref’s meeting on Tuesday at 7:30pm in the upstairs room at Pats. We have about 8 refs so you should only have to do 2 games each.

Secondly, we will have practice at 6pm Thursday at Langenberg, and Saturday practices start this week as well – we’ll shoot for 10am at St. Vincent. Saturday practices will be short drills followed by scrimmages, and we’ll also use these as opportunities to train new referees.

Registration is also now open. Please let me or Matt Carroll know if you are planning on playing this season, how many games you think you’ll be able to make, and a good email address at which your captains and the club can contact you.

Remember that if you refer a rookie, you will get the rookie price, so start talking to your friends about playing this season and save some money on dues.
